The purpose of this clinic is to give the participants and the parents of riders tools that will
help improve their riding skills. We will not make you an expert rider in a short 3 hour clinic but together
we can begin to learn practice skills, drills and race discipline that will improve your skills and most important your track speed to give you success in races.

1. The most important aspect of our training today will be BE REALISTIC.
Know what you want to accomplish and be prepared to train for that GOAL!!!
Give yourself time to improve. 3 Month training periods are recommended.
Track your improvement with a stop watch and Video
    BE PATIENT

2.  Practice daily for 20 minutes to an hour. You will only improve with repetition.
Get regular exercise to supplement your training.
    Work on your drill proficiency.
Up your training intensity every 3 months.

3.  Always train with a buddy or a group. It will be easier to stay motivated and have a goal.

4.  Race locally.

5.  Be realistic about national level races. Look to improve until you reach your goal.

6..  Have fun!!!
